Save Tigers! Save Wildlife!!!

Dear Tiger Lovers,

Tigers are on the threshold of extinction. According to WWF, Tigers are amongst the ten most endangered species in the world. Over the last century more than 95% of the Tiger population has been wiped out & three sub-species are already extinct. Less than 3500 tigers remain in the wild today with around 50% in India & their numbers are declining fast. As you also seen in Aircel Mobile Service provider co. are working on 'Save Tigers in India' campaign. According to them only 1415 tigers are left till date.

As you aware about the situation about Indian Tigers which they are struggling for their own identity. If we will not save them, we will lose this beautiful animal till 2020. As Tiger is an important part of 'food-chain’. If this food-chain will break then it will harmful for Wildlife food-chain balance.

Initial results from the Wildlife Institute of India Tiger census (released on 24 May 2007) are warning that India has far fewer tigers living than had been previously thought. As you people might have seen the program released on BBC, NAT GEO & Discovery Channel.

As many people think that these animals are attacking on human life but man has to rethink on it. Because animals don’t like to live near to man; but man is going near to them as Globalization, residential growth we people are destroying the jungles. Therefore tigers-leopards are attacking on human residential areas.

We people can do by blogging; through Save Tiger Campaign we can spread awareness among the people who are not aware about this.

I hope so, we will do much better than we expected and we will be part of saving this beautiful creature.
